Rick's career began at Proctor & Gamble, leading to more than 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. In 2006 Rick co-founded The ROM Group with Michael Wentworth to bridge the gap between sales and marketing. Rick has led The ROM Group to develop a proprietary Buyer-Centric Research methodology. becoming a thought leader in identifying buyer behaviors, personas and profiles. In addition, he was responsible for the design and market launch of The ROM Group’s Accelerated Revenue Growth model.
Under his leadership The ROM Group has experienced continuous growth and is a recognized leader in sales and marketing. The ROM Group client portfolio encompasses many sectors of manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, health care and professional services.
Rick launched a successful Web-marketing and software application development company that was instrumental in the design, programming and market launch of enterprise software applications for the construction and health care markets. The software's successes were based on the foundation of Rick's methodology of identifying a market vacancy, developing a product to fulfill the vacancy and bringing the solution to the targeted market.
Rick currently lives in De Pere, Wisconsin, with his wife and is the proud father of three sons. He and his wife are avid touring motorcyclists who enjoy their "nomad" approach to traveling this great country.
