Michael D. Wentworth is co-founder and Executive Vice President of The ROM Group. Michael has a passion for strategic analysis and customer-centric marketing.
In 2008, Michael and Richard Pedersen created The ROM Group specifically to give small to mid market companies access to the critical strategic analysis needed to stay competitive in an increasingly dynamic market.
During the early part of his career, Michael was a marketing consultant to regional and national clients including National Car Rental, 3M, Donaldson Company, HB Fuller, Medtronic, Lord’s Dental Studio, Tweet-Garot Mechanical, and Wisconsin Protective Coatings (now part of Stonehard and RPM).
In the later 90s, Michael was providing market analysis and business strategy consulting to a broad range of companies including Sears & Roebuck, Miller Brewing, Imation, CNS, Inc., Subway Foods, and R.R. Donnelly.
In 2006, Michael and Richard Pedersen founded NuTerra Strategies, LLC. NuTerra Strategies experienced continuous growth and had been recognized as a market leader in the strategy development space. NuTerra Strategies client portfolio is diversified across many sectors of manufacturing, distribution, health care and professional services.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Iowa State University.
