Richard M. Pedersen, Jr. is co-founder and President of The ROM Group. Rick has a passion for identifying culture shifts and mapping trend end-games.
In 2008, Rick and Michael Wentworth created The ROM Group specifically to give small to mid market companies access to the critical strategic analysis needed to stay competitive in an increasingly dynamic market.
Rick began his career at Proctor & Gamble and he brings more than 30 years of business and entrepreneurial experience to The ROM Group.
In 2001, Rick co-founded NuTerra, LLC www.nuterrallc.com a web-marketing firm. Under his leadership, NuTerra became a leader in Internet marketing solutions and Internet technologies.
In 2006, Rick co-founded with Michael Wentworth NuTerra Strategies, LLC. NuTerra Strategies experienced continuous growth and had been recognized as a market leader in the strategy development space. NuTerra Strategies client portfolio is diversified across many sectors of manufacturing, distribution, health care and professional services.
In addition to his leadership of The ROM Group, Rick is actively involved in the Green Bay business and service communities, his church, and is a member of TEC International.
