We're a small company, but we're growing. The ROM Group was founded in February of 2008 by Richard M. Pedersen, Jr. and Michael D. Wentworth. The "ROM" stands for return-on-marketing. Both Rick and Michael are marketing strategists. They owned the strategy consultancy NuTerra Strategies LLC prior to starting The ROM Group.
Rick and Michael began The ROM Group to provide small to mid-market companies with the critical strategic insight and support that had previously been out of their price range.
