Media Plan timeline from start to finish is two weeks.  Media Plan Management extends for the length of the campaign (typically 12 months).

Price

The fee is a fixed campaign management fee that is segmented into equal monthly payments.  The total campaign management fee is determined by the scope of the following dimensions:

  1. Number of client interviews conducted
  2. Number of brands included
  3. Market scope of campaign (local, regional, U.S., global)
  4. Campaign types: offline or online (digital) or a mix
  5. Number of different campaigns
  6. Each campaign’s product mix (number of different products included in campaign)

Your time

If you are the project’s primary contact, this work will require 1-2 hours of your time.  There is one step in the process that will require your time. 

  1. Presentation of Media Plan – You (and the team members you choose) participate in a web meeting presentation and review of the Media Plan. (60-90 min.)

Process

Below are the specific steps and tasks performed by The ROM Group for this work.

Step 1 >>   Media Plan: This step delivers a detailed media plan providing actual media investments based on the budget allocations outlined in the Optimized Media Plan work. 

  1. ROM Group campaign managers work with best-of-breed media buyers with specific channel expertise and leverage to design media the detailed media plan based on customers’ preferred media channels and purchase decision process.
  2. We present the media plan to your team via web meeting for review, input and modifications.
  3. Final plan is delivered as a digital PDF file.
  4. Delivery within 10 days. 

Step 2 >>   Media Plan Management: In this step, ROM Group campaign managers handle the purchasing of the media and the delivery of creative content to the appropriate media.

  1. ROM Group campaign managers review media investment details and manage the media billings and payments.  (Note:  The ROM Group does accept media commissions.  Any commissions offered will be discounted to you.)
  2. ROM Group campaign managers oversee the on-time production and delivery of media content.
  3. ROM Group campaign managers monitored media performance metrics and deliver them to the ROM Group measurement team for use in the ROMI Measurement Reports.
  4. This work extends for the length of the campaign (typically 12 months).
