finite areas or issues and in many cases can be reduced to a yes

or no decision.

Strategic implications mean that the potential impact on your business position and strategic priorities are significant.

For example, before Walgreen's decided to become the corner pharmacy plus, they were a struggling small box grocer.  The question for them was tactical, "How should we position our product offering?"  The implications were strategic in that the answer led them to strategically reposition their stores and develop an entirely new business strategy.

How to Use Us

The purpose of our work is to empower you and your team to confidently make decisions that will yield positive results for your business. 

With that objective in mind, you and your team should develop questions that are focused on those areas where you feel indecisive, unsure of which way to go, and where you are concerned about the risk of making the wrong decision.

Have your team identify the top five areas where they feel a decision needs to be made, but hasn’t been made.  Your team members all have at least one key decision they know needs to be made that isn’t being made.  This is where we can help.
